Grace Youth Camp 2006

Yes Ladies and Gentlemen, GY Camp has finally come and go. We had this year's camp in Bayu Beach Resort, Port Dickson. The place is... Crappy. Haah! Come on, for RM250? I can go for two camps!!!! I prefer my first GY Camp in the year 2004 where we had it in Casa Rachado in Port Dickson. Cheap!! CHEAP! The place was good. Man, I hope next year's camp they'll reduce the fee and chuck us all in apartments instead of hotel rooms! CUT COST!! HAhah! Alright, this year I stayed with the GY NEWS CREW! Yeah! Great roomies! Hahah! Had a great time editing videos and planning for the news every night. But very tiring! Imagine, you're in charge of the news crew, you sleep freaking late, then wake up early because you're the group leader? Hahah! Well, hope next year I'll just be in charge of news crew and not a group leader. Have enough of, ummmmm, leading a group. Hahaha! Anyways, my group got fourth this year. Not surprised but kinda disappointing. Wasn't aiming to win after knowing I'm in charge of the News Crew but when my group's name wasn't announced in the top ten, I grew anxious and yeah, I wanted to get top three. So yeah, they called out the top 5 groups and I'm like, alright, 5... Hahah! But NO! It wasn't me... So yeah, when the fifth team was announced, I really wanted third. But sadly, I got fourth. Hahah! Well, that's what happens when you don't give enough effort on your nametags =P. Hahahah! LAzy anyways. And yeah, this year got nominated as one of the camp physcho or whatever. HAha! Didn't want to win. I was rooting for Caleb Tan to win but, Darren Ashley won that award. HAha! And yeah, praise and worship and all was great. Games were alright. Hydro War this year was great for me. Hahah! Lame excuse: I died decently. HAHAHAH! My team got third. HAha! For the first time in hydro war history I finally got third in hydro war! HAha! For telematch I was in green team. HAha! Green Guppies - Arun's idea. Well, there were four games. Out of four games, we won once. But dammit, actually we won three games! But we got disqualified! Hahahha! Dam frustrated man! Hahah! Well, there's too much to be said about camp. I'll post up some videos about camp and yeah, I'll post the aftershock video if Hyon Le comes up with it. Or maybe I'll be doing it.

God finally fed the fuel for me to burn once more for Him. To be honest, I'm lost before camp. God spoke through a new believer, Raj. Yes, his passion as a non believer praising the Lord, wow! He praised the Lord with his whole heart! And yeah, I was just praying for him and yes, God touched me. That's good enough. But I didn't get what I was really desperate for: The Holy Spirit. Man, I wanna speak in tounges. Let other people mock me but yeah, in the Bible it states that the baptism in the holy spirit is a gift from God and yes, probably the best gift ever next to the cruxification of Jesus Christ. Yeah, just need to be more desperate for that gift and pray more. Gonna start a new trend in my life - Daily Devotion! Haha! Gonna memorise verses aswell. My role model: Zlwin Chew. *salutes*

Can't wait for next year's camp. Wanna meet all my friends again and yes, I love the idea of One Church Camp! Yes, no more Grace PJ, USJ and KLANG. Instead, GRACE Church! Amen!
