Oh My!

Oh my goodness, I'm gonna tag some copyright into my render stock images soon :P. Haha! Forgot to do that. Anyways, this was random :P

Rendering Images Part III

Alright, I rendered my third stock image. This kinda suck! This guy had afro! Haha! He's Kirk Hammett from Metallica. Sorry for the bad hair do :P.

New Banner

Made a banner for this blog. Using it in my signature in my account in forums.

Rendering Images Part II

Alright, referring to my previous post, Rendering Images, I'm done with James Hetfield :). And here's the final product. Not that good :(. Still not getting the hang of it :(. Click Here to view the original picture.

Don't know why I'm into Metallica these days. Haha! Stopped listening to them though. Maybe I love the way how they perform. Very cool :). Here's a signature I made.

Rendering Images

Alright, I'm not much of a designer but yeah, I just have fun testing out new stuff (I think). So yeah, I rendered this image. He's Robert Trujillo from Metallica. He's the bassist in that band (their new bassist after the other left). Click Here to view the original picture. And here's the final render:

That's my first. I'm currently rendering James Hetfield also from the same band. He's the lead vocals. HAhaha. Alright. Be right back with more of my noobish graphics :).

Which should I Major?

Took a test and yeah, here's what I got :P

You scored as History/Anthropology/LiberalArts. You should strongly consider majoring (or minoring) in History, Anthropology, or related majors (e.g. African and African-American Studies, Chinese, Classics, Cultural Studies, Economics, English, French, Geography, German, Greek, Hebrew, International Studies, Philosophy, Women's Studies, or other Liberal Arts majors).

It is possible that the best major for you is your 2nd, 3rd, or even 5th listed category, so be sure to consider ALL majors in your OTHER high scoring categories (below). You may score high in a category you didnt think you would--it is possible that a great major for you is something you once dismissed as not for you. The right major for you will be something 1) you love and enjoy and 2) are really great at it.

Consider adding a minor or double majoring to make yourself standout and to combine your interests. Please post your results in your myspace/blog/journal.

Boring

Oh my goodness, school's getting more boring and boring everyday. The only thing great about school after the exams is that I'm getting good (to me) results. Glory to GOD. Today went to school and played football. Nothing special. Tempo was slow and boring. Dammit. Haha! Bernie skipped assembly because he dyed his hair. HAha! Funny guy.. Then Lubendran and Guna came into school late because they were afraid that their hair will get cut by the discipline teacher like my other friend, Reinchez

The Zucchinis, my band, had a discussion today. We finally came up with the decision to choose modern songs and also rock and roll songs (1960s). Not sure whether I'll stay in the group or not but for now, I'm just gonna enjoy myself performing :). We're going to jam this Wednesday in Tunestone jamming studio. Hope we'll get them songs right. Oh yeah, we came up withe a GOAL list of songs. Hope to achieve them ten songs by the end of the year. HAha!

First VBS Praise and Worship practise

Alright, today's the first time I played guitar in a Praise and Worship band. Haha! I was chosen to be the rhythm guitarist for the VBS Praise and Worship team. Glory to GOD. I used Poh Leong's guitar (Les PAul celup tapi best :P). Not too bad for a drummer playing guitar. Hah! I gave my best. Gonna strive for more to praise HIS name! Then we had VBS meeting. Yeah, hope this year's VBS will rock like other past year's VBS! God bless this activity. Hope to see children getting saved! This year's praise and worship songs are like, so techish :P. HAha! they techno-ised One Way. Very nice techish song but then, bad for the drummer this year - Jon Kok, hahahah! He's gonna have a hard time not playing the original style :P.

PS: VBS means Vacation Bible School. It'll be held in Grace Assemble Klang on the 21st till the 24th of October 2006. RM80 only so if you have any siblings 12 years and below, send them for VBS. It's gonna be great! For more information, ask me :). I'll get them answers for you!

Sunway Lagoon Trip with Youth Energy

Oh my, had a great day out with the youths of my church (Grace Assembly Klang). We went to Sunway Lagoon. Alright, this trip costed me RM48! Dam, the only negative thing about this trip. (Why the heck is YE organising activities with fees that are freaking expensive?!) Woke up at 8am today. Woke up and packed stuff then to church. Left church at around 9.30am. Went there by bus. Reached then had some Best of the Best comptetition. And oh yeah, I was the group leader for group competitions. My group name is Surfing Penguins! Woohoo! Poh Leong was my Assistant (why are they pairing us up, again?!). So yeah, my team tied in 3rd place in Best of the Best and then got third in the Amazing Race (good planning guys, respect!) and then got third overall too. First prize was free tickets to Hillsong United's concert in SIBKL. Second was half priced tickets. Missed it! HAha! Well, had a good time and will post pictures soon.

Good job to them commitees especially to Zlwin. But all glory goes to GOD. Hope to have more of these activities but make sure it'll be cheaper next time. I know you guys are trying to make the youths more independant by saving money for camp or trips but be considerate. God bless them.

PCMC Youth Camp (English)

I went for the Youth Camp organised by the youths of the English session of Pandamaran Chinese Methodist Church. I went for this camp last year too. Left on Monday. Very cheap camp with good facilities. A very free and easy camp. Emily said that it's gonna be a more filled activity camp than last year's one but yeah, no change. Click on Bernie's link to check out some pics from last year. This year's theme was "Mountain of GOD". We were seperated into 3 groups - Sinai, Ararat and Moriah. All of the group names were named after mountains stated in the Bible. Check out these scriptures: Exodus 31:18 (Sinai), Genesis 8:4 (Ararat) and Geneses 22:2 (Moriah).

Bernie was in Ararat (a.k.a. Aurat :P), Andrew was in Sinai and I was in Moriah. Haha! I think bernie's team won, Andrew's got second and mine got last (what do you expect? It was something like a one man show team :P).

Alright, the 23rd of October, woke up at 6.30am. Didn't sleep well though. Must be the excitement :P. Haha! Reached PCMC at about 8am and saw Andrew there. Bernie was no where to be seen. Guess what, he was still sleeping! Hahah! Then called him up everything and finally he arrived, before we were about to leave (he didn't pay the camp fee yet:P). The way up to Cameron Highlands was better than last year. Not much of dizziness. Felt like vomiting last year but this year don't feel anything. the van wasn't that comfortable though. Three of us plus a guy (first Sam, then Luke) were at the back of the van. Not enough space for four of us. Hahah!

Reached the apartment at around 2pm I think. Might have forgottten what time. Haha! So yeah, got a room for three of us. Very nice. Double decker bed. I took the above bed, Bernie below and Andrew slept on the floor. We had games later. Cool games, will get pictures of them games from Kah Keng (Youth Leader) or maybe some videos :P. Then for dinner we had steamboat (unvelievable? Believe it :P). Three of us had extras too :P. Haha! We really can eat (FYI, I gained 2kg! Dammit!). Then after that we had service. Kah Keng shared with us a short message. Then yeah, lights off at 11pm. The girls obeyed the rule but the threee of us, were enjoying them songs at night. Haha! I brought my CDman and two speakers to the camp. Blasted them speakers. Recieved complaints later at night. Hahaha! Slept at around, 2am I guess?

The next day, yeah, thought we can wake up by 7am, but in the end, we skipped devotion! Haha! We skipped morning devotion even when there was praise and worship going on just right outside our room! Hahah! We only woke up after the devotion and when Kah Keng was banging the door loudly. hahaha! bummer man. Woke up for breakfast. Then later in the afternoon, we had scavanger hunt, something like treasure hunt. Very interesting. Finally a treasure hunt for Youths in a town. We had this activity at Tanah Rata town. My team got last (who cares when you're having fun :P). Then we were supposed to rest because we finished the scavenger hunt too early. We went to Strawberry Park later. Took some pics. And yeah, tasted strawberry ice thingy. Haha! Expensive though, it cost me RM1!!! HAha! Then back to apartment. Supposed to rest. Almost took a nap but then again, we blasted the CDman again. Haha! I found some non Christian songs in my CD pouch so I played it and yeah, three of us couldn't sleep and Andrew was getting annoyed! Haha! It was so darn funny! We were supposed to have barbeque for dinner but rained heavily so Kah Keng fried them lamb chops for us. It rocked! Haha! Then we had service and question and answer session. We had group presentation before that. All went well in my group's Amazing Love Southpark Edition presentation. HAHAH! (Thanks to Kenneth Xavier :P). Something great happened to me. Yeah, I answered some questions during Q&A session. GOD was there with me to answer some questions. This is my stepping stone sharing with other people. Hope I can do it again for HIS glory. Then we had supper. Awesome blck pepper chicken wings by Kah Keng. God bless them people who prepared us delicious food! Woohoo! Slept late again. HAha! And guess what happens the next morning :P

If you guessed that we skipped devotion again, you're right. HAha! This time, too tired to even relaise people knocking on the door to wake us up. At least for me though. So stonned. HAha! Then had second gathering to give some feedbacks about Youth Camp and testimonies. Yeah, we got some complaints :P. Haha! Everything went well, we had group photo then back to Klang. Will post them pictures later.

Hope next year we'll be able to attend this camp. Hope it'll be after SPM :).

Deepavalli Day Out in Kavi's house

Went to visit my friend, Kavi Raj last Saturday, 21st of October 2006 during Deepavalli day. Oh man, it rocked :P. Kavi, aka Cave's mum cooked some delicious food. Ayam masak merah, mutton, dalcah YUMMY! HAha! Went there with Bernie, Boon Hau, and Guna. After having some good lunch, we went out to play some firecrakers. Six thunderclaps left, so yeah, we did some nonsense :P. First we laid the thunderclap on the ground and shot it. HAha! funny people. For those who doesn't not know how to play the thunderclap, it's supposed to be in the bottle and shot into the sky. Then we aimed at a dog, almost touched the dog but then it flew up suddenly. What a missed. HAha! then we did some old school bottle shooting and stuff.

The funniest part was Bernie not able to light up a match. It might be his first time lighting it up! Hahah! Funny, I caught it on video, will post here. Then Guna and Caveman decided to shoot the thunderclap into the glass bottle. Caught that on video too. Haha! Some fun day! God bless them friends I have.

Blasting the thunderclap into the bottle.

Bernie's first firecracker blast ever!

Bernie's cassuality of not being able to light up a match. Haha!

Caveman and Gunarajah (back)

Bernie scared to light up the thunderclap. Haha!

Me blasting a thunderclap.

Boon Hau blasting his thunderclap.

Oh yeah, forgot to add this :P. Haha! Guna was asking whether thinner was flamable or not and yeah, we answered him, it IS flamable. He didn't trust us and yeah, did something like an experiment. He poured it on DRY GRASS and Cave lighted it up! Hahah! And the result, burning grass. Hahaha!

Group picture. The one in white is Boon Hau. The one in green is yeah, Bernie. Then Guna is in red sitting. Cave is the one squatting in red. And I'm in the blue shirt with cap. Great experience. HahA!
